Hi, I'm Reiki Master Shannon.
Years ago my life looked very different. I wasn't doing anything spectacular or meaningful and I was feeling unfulfilled. I couldn't shake this feeling that I was meant for something more. I had a feeling that I was meant to help others, but I had no idea how to make that happen.
I was deep up in my spiritual awakening. You know how it is, when nothing makes sense and you're doing the whole "dark night of the soul" thing. I was tired of it-- and I wanted things to change because deep down, I believed in myself.
I knew all along I was meant for something EPIC. But I was paralyzed fear. "What would they think if I did this? Who am I to even try? I wanted to take action but my self-doubt prevented me from making moves. "I don't know where to start. What if I screw it all up?" These kind of thoughts went round and round in my head.
Until One Day, Something Miraculous Happened...
My hands started tingling and feeling this warm sensation. I had just completed a special guided meditation during the 8/8 Lion's Gate. WTF was happening to me? Why do I keep feeling energy pulsing in my hands? I had no idea what was going on so I did what everyone does. I googled it.
This is when I found Reiki. Or better yet, Reiki found ME. I devoured every piece of information I could find about Reiki on the internet and I knew that this energy was trying to get my attention. I needed to know more. I had to speak to someone who knew about Reiki and learn from them.
Enter my Reiki Master Teacher, Tysha. Tysha had written some blogs about Reiki online and as I was reading her content I felt so connected to her. She was this beautiful, free spirited woman and I instantly knew that I was being guided to her for a reason. I began my Reiki Master Certification with her and my whole life bagan to change.
Reiki began to heal me. I found the clarity that I had been looking for and I was more clear about my purpose and mission in life. Reiki was that missing piece in my heart and helped me feel like my life had meaning for once.
BUT DESPITE MY NEW FOUND CLARITY THERE WAS STILL ONE MAJOR PROBLEM
I had no idea how to put my certification to use. I knew nothing about starting my own business and I didn't know how to get clients. Major frustration! There's nothing worse than knowing your purpose and NOT KNOWING how to make it happen.
In that moment, I knew I had to change the game.
I quickly realized that a certification is not enough. You have to know HOW to get out there and start your own healing practice, too.
In my coaching and healing practice, I was meeting souls who were missing the very same thing that I once was...
Confidence and Clarity
I decided that self-doubt should never stop anyone from fulfilling their dreams. I wanted to develop a system that will take healers through the certification process but also teach them how to start their own business.
