If you watch my live show on instagram called The Daily Vibe, chances are, you’ve heard me talk about HeartMath. I admit I have a slight obsession... or maybe you could say, they’ve captured my heart.
I actually stumbled upon them during a dark time in my life when I was experiencing obsessive anxiety. I would worry all day, every day. I had these thought patterns doing loops in my head, going round and round and it was effecting every part of my life.
At the time, I didn’t feel “safe” in my life. I didn’t feel a sense of security, so I worried all the time. When you don’t feel safe, it’s hard to relax because you’re in a constant state of fight or flight.
I was desperate to find something that could heal my anxiety because I couldn’t go on living like this any longer. I went to see a doctor who prescribed me an antidepressant. The pills ended up making me feel worse and when I returned to the doctor, she told me that these new “side effects” I was experiencing was my anxiety manifesting itself as new symptoms.
I was stunned. She was basically telling me that it was all in my head. She blamed the side effects on my anxiety but I knew in my heart it was from the medication. I stopped taking them and the side effects subsided but I was back to square one with racing thoughts and not having anything that could help me.
From there I started searching for natural and holistic remedies. I stumbled upon HeartMath one day, and when I tried their heart-breathing technique, I could immediately feel a difference. I closed my eyes and felt into my heart-space. I began to breathe slowly and feel a calmness begin to wash over me. Next, they ask you to activate “higher feelings” such as gratitude, compassion or appreciation. This brings your energy from a state of “dissonance” into a state of “coherence” which shifts your energy into harmony and balance. Learning this changed my life.
Before Heart Coherence, I was living in a state of constant dissonance. Dissonance means imbalance or disharmony. When you’re in this state, you are most likely in a state of fight or flight, so your body can’t relax. Your body is busy trying to fight off a bad guy or get the heck outta there. So as you can imagine, daily anxiety can wreak havoc on your life and you mental, physical and emotional health as well.
When I look back on pictures of myself during that time for my life I am almost unrecognizable. I wasn’t healthy. My skin looked awful, I had bags and dark circles under my eyes, and my hair had thinned out and become brittle. All of the stress and anxiety was prematurely aging me and you could actually see sadness and distress in my eyes.
HeartMath was a game changer. In these quiet moments when I would channel my breath and tune into my heart… I had glimpses of relief. This was a start! I had finally found SOMETHING that could help me, and the best part was, it’s natural and FREE.
I began to make HeartMath a part of my day to day life. Anytime I was feeling anxious, I would find a place where I could be quiet and still and focus on my breath. I would place my hand on my heart and tune into the heart-space. Next, I would take some slow, deep breaths and activate higher feelings. I would begin to think about my daughters and FEEL all the love and appreciation I had for them in my heart. I would think of all the ways that I am GRATEFUL for them and how happy I am to be their Mommy. Next, I would feel feelings of compassion for them and their journey on this planet… and after about 5 minutes I would notice myself feeling more calm, centered, harmonized and balanced.
I loved the way that felt so I kept it going to see how euphoric I could become. As you go deeper and deeper into a state of coherence, you feel better and better. But you have to remember to set aside time to practice this and be diligent about it every day, because this practice works best when you do it consistently.
Each day as you bring your energy into harmony and balance your energy builds stronger and gain a more powerful momentum. And eventually you UPLEVEL into a new higher state of vibration. Your “baseline” shifts, from a dominant low vibration into a higher vibration and your life starts to flow better. Each day as you bring yourself into harmony, you are operating from a state of alignment and when you are in alignment, everything you want starts to flow with ease.
I am forever grateful that I found my way to HeartMath and eventually HeartMath found its way to me, too. There are tons of healers walking around on this planet unaware of their true power. If you've been feeling deep down that you are here to make a difference, but you aren't exactly sure HOW, you might be one of them. I felt that way for a very long time until I found the healer's path. If you think this is you, here are 5 signs that you might be a healer, too.
1. You naturally want to help people.
Healers have the ability to pick up on and tune into others people’s feelings. We know deep down if someone has something on their mind so we naturally gravitate toward those who need help. We love to help others feel good about themselves so we will offer advice or share stories of things we’ve overcome in our own lives. You might find that people are also drawn to you. Strangers or people you just met confide in you, because they can feel your vibes and know they can safely open up to you. You take on the role of a life coach or spiritual teacher almost anywhere you are, encouraging others and lifting their spirits. This comes natural to you so it happens all the time... work, social situations, vacation- you’re helping people everywhere you go.
2. You feel energy on an intense level.
When I first had my spiritual awakening, I also was awakened to the Life-Force Energy all around me. Suddenly I felt energy pulsing through my hands when I would meditate or when I was connecting to nature. When I would in contact with crystals, I could feel their vibrations and frequencies and I became almost overly-sensitive to energy. My world began to change, and I started getting over stimulated by low-vibrational things. I can’t watch the news or violent shows. I can’t handle gossip. I can’t be in harsh environments. Instead I gravitate toward things that give me peace, harmony, balance and good vibes.
3. You might feel different or like you don’t fit in.
Healers have the ability to sense and read energy. In truth we are ALL reading energy and gathering information from the field, but healers are conscious and aware of what they pick up. This might make you feel weird or “different” because you notice things that others don’t and you know more than most around you. This is called being Awake, Woke or Conscious when others are Asleep, or Unconscious. A lot of your friends and family won’t understand your path and might try to talk you out of the life you want to live. You might long to find other souls who understand you and who can be supportive of your path.
4. You are an “extroverted introvert.”
When you don’t yet realize you’re a healer you might get overwhelmed in social situations or large crowds with a lot of different energies. This is because you are picking up on everyone's energies all at once. We become overwhelmed because we have not yet learned how to ground, shield and protect our energy. When you can feel other people's thoughts, feelings and energies yet you are not aware that you’ve taken on this energy so you do not know how to properly discharge and protect yourself. You’re basically living your life with your energy open and exposed. Once you realize how to work with energy, you won't feel the need to shut out the world as often. However, most healers do need time to discharge and recharge. So even though you love people, your “me time” is non-negotiable.
5. You can see energy or auras.
I was born with the ability to see energy and I believe we all are, but we lose it as we get older because we aren't taught that we are energy beings. I could see the auras surrounding humans, plants, trees and animals and I didn’t know that others couldn't until I was in my late teens. As a child I could also meditate and would see colors, clouds, cosmos and galaxies when I would close my eyes at night. I would “fly” out into space and float around. You may have had similar experiences as a child and even as an adult. Our ability to see energy and meditate might have dissipated as an adult due to the non-believers in the environment around you.
If you’re reading this and saying OMG that’s ME!!!! Get in contact with me ASAP! Your time has come and the universe is ready for you to live your life’s purpose! You will arrive to a point when the signs and synchronicities are too loud to ignore and you will know deep down that you are destined to be a healer.

"He said "The moment I saw you, I knew you were the girl I'd been seeing in my dreams."
I talk all the time about how I manifested my soulmate Brian. But I realized today
that I never talk about how he was manifesting me, too. And he was calling in his soulmate or his “dream girl,” at the very same time I was manifesting HIM.
He said he starting having visions of a girl with dark hair & blue eyes when he was a teen. He would paint her & draw her all the time.
He had dated a couple of girls before me and nothing seemed to work out so he was wondering if he would ever meet “the one.”He went to a psychic & she told him he would date a blonde girl and it would fizzle out because of no chemistry. And then after her, he would meet a girl with dark hair & blue eyes... and SHE was the one.
And surly, he met a blonde shortly after. Went on a few dates. He said they both weren’t really connecting so they decided to be friends. They had plans to hang out one more time but he said he just wasn’t feeling it and couldn’t force himself to go. He went to hang with his buddy instead. That was the day he met me.
He said as soon as he saw me he knew I was the girl he had seen in his dreams. When we spoke he told me he had been painting & drawing me his whole life. We had instant chemistry and fell head over heels immediately and we haven’t been apart since.
And his “dream girl” that he manifested? Well, she’s a badass healer and spiritual teacher.
She loves him with her whole heart AND soul. She’s focused on her goals & building an empire, and she helps him build his too. She got a rockin little body & a pretty face, but it’s her HEART that’s the prettiest of all.
She helps him stay positive, clears his energy and gives him healing sessions all the time. She plays the Singing Bowls for him and caresses him to sleep every night. She’s the only thing that knows how to calm him, and he gives his 100% to her, because that’s what she gives to him, too.
So how do you manifest the love of your life?
1. Heal yourself and fall in love with yourself FIRST. The Universe is a hologram and we are creating everything within and projecting it outward. Healing your baggage and loving yourself is SO crucial to manifest a quality relationship. Otherwise, you'll attract crappy relationships that are matching your lower vibe.
2. DECIDE what you WANT to experience. You have to be very clear about how that will LOOK and FEEl. You have to lose yourself in the fantasy of what's possible to get into the vibe and allow it to become ONE with your energy.
3. Activate your inner manifesting powers. Once you access the Quantum Field, where all possibilities exist, you can draw fourth ANYTHING that you want (as long as it's for your highest good and the highest good of all involved)
4. Break old patterns by taking NEW action. This throws your subconscious mind for a loop because it's a creature of HABIT. To create change, you have to implement NEW action consistently until your subconscious makes that switch and picks up your new habitual way of being.
Manifesting the love of your life isn't difficult, but it does take work. But knowing what I know now, I'm SO GLAD I committed to doing the work. Because when love is left to CHANCE you get what you get and it's not always great. But when love is INTENTIONAL, you find yourself getting everything you ever wanted and more!

"The highest form of Self-Care is Energy Management."
When it comes to self-care, most babes completely vibe with the idea. We intuitively understand that in this busy world we live in self-care is a must. But life happens and we don't make time to give ourselves the care that we need.
We all experience stress, no way around it. We get bombarded with tons of information each day. We feel pressured by our environment and we are exposed to things that constantly drain our energy. Work stuff, family stuff, relationship stuff, social media stuff. At the end of the day, we're burnt out.
But if you're on top of your self-care game, it doesn't have to be that way. When our energy tank is full, we will have enough energy to handle any task that comes our way. At the end of the day you will find yourself with more than enough energy to do the things you love.
You'll have more energy for working out, reading a book, walking the dog, going for a run and meditating.
Having the time and energy for the things you love helps you to feel more fulfilled. Which gives you MORE energy and a positive sense of well being.
Here are my top 10 tips for easy self-care:
1. Take a Salt Bath
There is something very magical about taking a salt bath. Salt cleanses and detoxes your energy field or your Human Biofield (HBF).
Draw a hot bath and fill the tub all the way up. Grab your favorite bath salts, epsom, sea salt or himalayan. Pour a generous amount of salt into the tub. I like to pour about a cup of to make sure I get the water nice and salty. You can add other things to make it pretty so you feel like a queen. Sometimes I will add a couple drops of essential oil or flower petals. Next, grab your phone and open YOUTUBE. Type 'soundbath' into the search bar and select a soundbath that will help with whatever you're experiencing. I like the soundbath for tissue repair, to give my body extra self-care. You can find my favorite soundbath here: youtu.be/h3ajZu6YQ50. Play the soundbath WHILE you're in the bath to enjoy the relaxing sounds and harmonize your energy. It's SO lovely! 2. Heart Breathing
Heart breathing is a game changer. Straight up life changing stuff, period. I began my journey of Heart Breathing in 2014 during a tough time in my life. I was experiencing daily anxiety that was preventing me from living my best life. I searched everywhere for something that could help me naturally, to no avail. Until I found Heartmath.org. The Heart Math Institute has developed positive emotion-focused techniques, that can help individuals effectively replace stressful thoughts and emotional patterns with more positive perceptions and emotions. Through a technique called Heart Breathing, I was able to overcome my anxiety and live an anxiety-free life. This is HUGE considering anxiety ruled every minute of my day for years and I lived in a prison of my own mind.
Here is how Heart Breathing can change your life: Sit or lay somewhere quiet where you won't be disturbed for 3-20 minutes. Focus your attention to the heart. Begin to draw in a slow, deep breath. Activate feelings of gratitude and joy. If you're having trouble, think of someone who makes you feel LOVE. Breathe... and feel waves love and gratitude swirling around in your heart. Exhale, send this love out into the universe. Inhale, feeling waves of love and gratitude swirling around in your heart and exhale, send it out to the universe. Inhale, feeling waves of love and gratitude swirling around in your heart, exhale, send it out to the universe. And keep this gratitude breath going for at least 3 minutes and go for as long as you can.
Heart Breathing brings your unbalanced energy back into a state of harmony. This affects your mind-body-spirit in a positive way. You will increase your energy and intuition. You will handle stressful situation easier. People begin to treat you better. Things fall into alignment and start to flow. What you'll find with consistent practice is that your life unfolds into a miracle before your eyes. Learn more about Heart Breathing here:
3. Drink "LOVE" Water
It's a 'no-brainer' to realize that we all need more water. Being hydrated is important for the health of our bodies and our minds. Without water, you get fatigued, a headache and you start to feel gross. Why? Because water in necessary for detoxing our bodies by flushing out toxins. Without enough water toxins build up and your body doesn't feel it's best. But what if I told you that you can supercharge your water and it won't cost you extra. How? By infusing it with LOVE. Before you drink your water place both hands around the cup and tune into your heart. Begin to feel love and gratitude in your heart and then send it from your heart, through your hands and into the water. This will raise the vibrational frequency of your water to that of love and light. You can also speak your intentions into your water for an added bonus. I like to say things like "This water is charged with high vibe love and light. It gives me positive energy, inspiration and happiness. And so it is!" If you want to take your Love Water with you try this awesome water bottle which has a crystal inside of it to charge your water with positive vibes.
Declutter Your Space
This tip is super effective but often underestimated. Clutter takes up two precious things, space and energy. Most people don't realize it but everything you own has its own energy field. If you have a lot of things in your home that you don't use, the energy of it becomes very dense. Think of the term "dead weight." It's hard for something new to come into your experience when you don't have the space for it. I suggest doing a scan of your home and taking note of where you can declutter. Write down the places that need to be decluttered from 1-10. 1 needing the most attention, 10 not needing as much. Start with the lowest numbers first. You don't have to get it all done at once, just work on it little by little. Donate, organize and toss the things that no longer bring you joy. A good rule of thumb, if you haven't used it in a year-- get rid of it. You'll feel lighter and energized having less clutter in your home because you shifted the energy. And might just manifest things you'll actually use, too!
5. Less Screen Time, More Presence
We are so attached to technology these days our phones rarely leave our hands. Our phones have become mini computers that seem to be attached to our noses. We are so distracted by our virtual world-- social media, emails, text messages, videos-- that we don't spend a lot of time in our physical world. Here's what this does to you energetically: When you're scrolling in your virtual world your energy is going to whatever you're putting your attention on. Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest etc. This is an energy drain. Being present keeps your energy focused in the NOW, which helps to build your energy instead of drain it. When your energy reserves are filled, you feel better and you have more energy to draw from to channel into the things you want to do. So instead of draining your energy on things that really don't matter, build your energy up and do something nice for yourself that serves you. Like taking a yoga class for the first time or relaxing in the park feeding the ducks. The peace that you feel will have your mind-body and spirit saying THANK YOU.
6. Trade One Bad Habit for One Good One
We are all guilty of doing things that don't serve us like watching a trashy TV show or drinking a venti starbucks latte. I'm am an advocate for "enjoying the human experience" but we still need to try our best to live a healthy life. Care for yourself a little more by switching one bad habit for one good one. If you drink a venti starbucks every morning on your way to work, try switching it for a venti tea instead. If you watch trash TV each night when you get home, switch 1 hour of TV for 1 hour of personal development. Watching Tony Robbins or Oprah is sure to inspire you and light that fire under your ass to create positive change. Who knows, this one simple switch might change your whole life. Try it and see what happens! If you did this weekly, eventually all your old bad habits will be gone and replaced with habits that help you live your best life.
7. Go On an Unfriending Spree
This is true for social media and real life. Sometimes it's necessary to "break up" with the people that steal your joy. If you have feelings deep down that a friendship or relationship isn't for your highest good, it's time to let it go. Life is so much better when it's filled with positive people who truly care about you, not people who are toxic, had bad intentions or drain your energy. If they don't make your heart feel sparkly, then they are dulling your shine. Love yourself enough to walk away.
8. Stop Complaining
Complaining is a a common way that people drain their energy without realizing it. Our voices create energy through movement. Non-physical energy begins to move through vibration. Every time you speak, your voice vibrates and the energy begins to move. This is important because energy in motion creates matter. Simply put, you are MANIFESTING energy into physical reality through your voice. So being mindful of the way we're communicating is key. Complaining drains your energy and creates MORE of what you don't want. Instead, channel that energy into something positive by speaking about what you DO WANT. Replace complaining with affirmations and watch your life transform before your eyes. I love Louise Hay because her affirmations helped me change my life. I love her daily affirmation card decks. You pull one card a day and practice the affirmation you received. Each time you catch yourself complaining, stop and replace the complaint with the affirmation. Check out my favorite deck here:
9. Get Out in Nature
Nature cleans, balances and harmonizes your energy. This is why after a walk you feel so refreshed. We become very disconnected to the Earth because we don't get out into nature to ground as often as we should. Wearing rubber soles on our shoes doesn't allow us to discharge our energy. They energy has no outlet. Which can leave you feel ungrounded, frazzled and spacy. Increase your self-care by making time to get into nature regularly. Take off your shoes and place your bare feet on the Earth. Close your eyes and see a large beam of energy coming down from above and into your crown chakra. See this energy traveling down your body, down your legs and out your feet into the Earth. Sit under a tree or lay in the grass and ask Mother Earth to ground and clear your energy. You will feel more centered, balanced and grounded which is good for your well-being.
10. Get More Rest
It's so tempting to stay up late and finish that movie or scroll a little longer even though our bodies are telling us it's time to go to bed. We ignore the signals our bodies send us and before you know it, it's super late and you're just now going to bed. This creates a snowball effect in a negative way. When we're sleep deprived, we are grumpy and that affects our relationships. We might snap at a coworker creating more disharmony in our day. When we're tired we reach for a quick fix and downing that sugary coffee isn't going to make you feel better. Instead, it brings you up only to come crashing down and you feel worse than you did before. When you don't feel good you usually don't feel like exercising so you skip your workout because you "just don't have the energy tonight." When you aren't working out, you don't feel good about yourself so you reach for comfort food to feel better. Which creates more and more bad feelings.
If you go to bed a few minutes earlier you will wake up feeling good because your body had the proper amount of time to fill up your energy tanks. The next morning, you'll have plenty of energy to draw from to power you throughout your day. You'll feel vibrant so you'll reach for emotions and thoughts that match that feeling. When you get home, you won't be drained so you'll have plenty of energy to workout. And when you workout you feel so good, you'll reach for foods that give you even MORE energy. Which snowball effect do you want? The choice is yours.
The highest form of Self-Care is Energy management. When we are mindful of the things that steal our energy, we can make better choices. We can trade things that drain our energy for things that give us LIFE! The better quality energy you have the better your life becomes.
Self-Care is nothing more than making good choices for your well-being. When faced with a choice, take a minute to pause and ask yourself, "is this choice the best choice for my highest good?" if the answer is no, make a better choice. Once you get this going, it becomes easier and easier.

I realized this, this morning while I was poking around in the kitchen lookin for something warm to make.
I used to get SO excited about the holidays. Warm fires, shopping and seasonal coffee.
But this morning as I made myself a minty mocha, I took a sip and realize that I don’t love peppermint like I used to.
Flashback to my teachings yesterday, I was preaching about how we have to evolve, and leave our old selves behind.
And it made me think about how things change.
Sometimes we outgrow things and fall out of love. Friendships can change, your favorite boots get old and the show you watched religiously turns weird.
Nothing ever stays the same. We fall out of harmony with things we’ve outgrown. We have no problem leaving most things behind... we donate old clothes, ditch the friend who’s always drama and switch peppermint mochas for praline lattes.
But why don’t we toss our old beliefs? We outgrow them just like anything else. But we cling to them and let them hang around even when they are outdated.
Its like wearing white after Labor Day or a spring handbag in the winter. Some things you just shouldn’t do.
So why aren’t we leaving our old selves behind? We spend time visualizing a new life, see ourselves having new experiences and strive every day to better ourselves.
And just when things get moving in the right direction, we default to old thoughts, feelings, beliefs and actions.
Because our old programming hasn’t been updated.
Just like software on your desktop, it’s not gonna update itself. You have that pesky “pop-up” getting in your way saying “your software is expired and needs updating” but you keep X’ing out of it instead of installing an update.
Same with your beliefs. They need an update. But instead of doing the work, you X out of your thoughts and push them aside.
But that doesn’t make them go away. Nope. They’re still running in the background because they haven’t been cleared.
Clearing out the things that no longer serve isn’t an option in life. It’s mandatory.
If we never let go of the things we’ve outgrown we wouldn’t have room for anything NEW. If you kept everything you had since you were young, you would run out of storage eventually.
It's time to clean house, Babe. Those old beliefs need updating just like your shoe collection. Your old actions won’t work anymore. Old thoughts and fears? SO 2015.
Just like the peppermint mocha. We are moving on to better things. These days, we drink Mate Lattes, with our pinkies out, duh. ;)
R E L E A S E the things that no longer serve. So you have space for something NEW.

Increased Divine Dreams
In the beginning stages of your Twin Flame Awakening (TFA) You'll begin to communicate with your Twin in the higher realms while you're asleep. You start having what I call "Divine Dreams."
Divine Dreams are when you are given information or are being taught something while you are asleep. You'll wake up knowing that you were speaking with someone or learning something-- but you won't know who you were talking to or what you were taught.
It's a "Twilight" type of sleep... the kind where you aren't passed out drooling, but you aren't quite awake either. You might also wake up from a sexual encounter in your dream... that felt so real you could have sworn you were in a romance novel. This is you and your TF being intimate in the higher realms, where you "meet up" so you can be together.
You are always connected to your TF. You are teaching each other and helping each other grow. When you aren't yet in union in the 3D reality you "meet up" in the higher realms to be together. These meetings feel like "dreams" but different because they feel so real. That's because they ARE real, but it's taking place in a higher dimension. As your union in 3D gets closer and closer, you will feel the intensity of these Divine Dreams increase.
Pay attention. If you can, keep a notebook and pen by your bed. When you wake up from a Divine Dream, write it down immediately. This way, you won't forget. I can't tell you how many times I had a Divine Dream and I didn't write it down because I was snoozing. I told myself I would remember in the morning, rolled over and went back to dreamland. WRONG! You always forget. Because... you're asleep!
So if you wake up from a Divine Dream, write it down. These dreams contain clues to your TF union. If you've been having vivid dreams... where you feel like you've been given some very important information or communicating with someone, get excited! You are awakening to the Twin Flame Union and your TF is on their way to you!

5 Easy Ways to Be More Romantic

We all know "that girl." You know, the lucky one?? Whos boyfriend sends her flowers, leaves her love notes and surprises her at work for lunch.
You can't help feeling a little jealous when you see her boyfriend doing romantic things for her ALL the time. (Insert eyeroll)
I know-- you LOVE your man... but you've been dropping little hints he's not quite picking up. And although you've made it known you need more love, fire and romance... it seems to go in one ear and out the other.
Now I'm not talking shit about your Boo. I mean... he's amazing. And you're seriously happy. But sometimes you wish he understood that going the extra mile makes you feel special and important.
Like Susan... the one who gets everything she wants because her boyfriend is perfect (insert another eyeroll).
Well, Gorgeous... don't worry. Because I teamed up with my Twin Flame BT, Mr.Wonderful and asked him to share 5 easy ways to be more romantic and make your girlfriend feel special.
So ladies, get ready to click the share button because you definitely want your Boo to read this!
1. Flowers-- I've overheard Brian say this to his friends multiple times, quote: "If you can't spend $12 on some flowers to see your lady smile then you're a dumbass." (He's a Scorpio, they tell it like it is) He explains that in every supermarket there are buckets of flowers by the checkout stand. For $12 you get to surprise your Boo with something beautiful, that smells good and will make her smile every time she looks at them. WORTH IT.
2. Dinner-- BT says take this a step further and make it at home from scratch. It doesn't matter if you don't know how to cook, find a recipe on the internet and bust out the apron. Spoiler alert: Even if you burn it, she'll be over the moon that you TRIED. (Plus wearing an apron makes you 10 times hotter).
3. Love Notes-- One morning leaving the house I reached into my purse to grab my keys and I found a note that said "have a good day, beautiful!" I ran back in the house and jumped into his arms. "Did you leave me a love note in my purse?!" "Maybeeeeee" he says with a smile. And I gave him the biggest kiss. What I didn't know was that he left 4-5 more love notes all over the house. They said things like "Beautiful inside and out" and "You mean the world to me." He even left one from our pup that said "My Dog Mom is really pretty and super nice." It made my heart want to explode! (Heart eye emoji)
4. Make a sack lunch with a secret love note inside-- Again, it doesn't have to cost you much. Make her a yummy lunch and stash a surprise note inside. Not only will it make her day, but all the girls at work will swoon, too. Brownie points with her best friends? Check.
5. Take her to a place she mentioned when she thought you weren't listening-- He says here in parentheses that (they never think we're listening-- wink wink) So when you pull up to that place she's been wanting to go? She will know that you CARE about the things SHE cares about. Which makes her feel valued and special.
6. Take her somewhere that is meaningful to you-- When BT and I first started dating he was obsessed with taking me to his favorite places. He took me camping where his family camped every year. He took me to his Grandma's house and taught me how to fish in the river he fished at growing up. We went to the annual Fort Bragg trip with his parents and their friends for a seafood cookout. He showed me so many things there like abalone diving, kayaking, swimming, paddle boarding and all kinds of fun. Taking her places that are meaningful to you will show her that you want to bring her into your world and you want her to experience these special things, too.
And 7? Get her a Puppy-- this one won't be for everyone. But BT is a major dog and animal lover, so I think he threw that one in there just because. LOL.
Bottom line? The "extra mile" isn't long. Doing little things to show her how much you love and care will help her understand the depths of your love. This helps her feels safe and confident in your love, which creates a lot of trust. And when a woman trusts you, it's the best feeling in the world... FOR BOTH OF YOU!
These little acts of service will take your relationship to the next level, deepening and strengthening the bond between you. Your Boo will feel so loved and supported that she will head out take on the world with her Boo by her side.

We know what we bring to the table and we know how valuable we are. Stop holding back. It's time for you to get INTENTIONAL about your live life and CREATE what you want.

We are deep into Day 3 of Soulmate School and things are starting to get REAL JUICY.
I'm not the easiest of teachers, you know. And sometimes a little tough love is just what we need to help us open our eyes a little.
Today for Day 3 of Soulmate School, we had to dig deep and take a look at our pasts to see who we need to forgive. Forgiveness is pretty tough for most people. And... I get it. Believe me. I am one stubborn little thing and sometimes the LAST thing I want to do is forgive someone. Especially when I feel like they don't deserve it.
So I get it... Forgiveness can SUCK.
But let me tell you why they say forgiveness sets you free. Because energy in motion stays in motion. What this means is, the energy that was running between you and your ex is still running no matter how far apart you are or how long has passed. And it will continue to run in the same energy pattern until an outside force creates a change.
When I first realized this I almost choked on my coffee. I knew immediately I had to change the energy of my past so that I could REALLY be free once and for all.
I don't know about you, but I DO NOT want anything to do with my ex, and I especially don't want the energy of our relationship following me around like a black cloud.
So I took action and applied higher energies to the lower energies so I was able to transcend the past and let it go.
I know that sounds tricky, but it's actually very simple.
So today in Soulmate School, whether my students liked it or not, they had to forgive. Kicking, screaming and dragging their feet.... forgiveness... FOR THE WIN!! My students received special worksheets and exercises that help make the process simple and easy.
I made it easy on purpose.. because the process isn't meant to get you all worked up about the past. It's designed to help you gently let go of the ENERGY of it, so that you can finally be free.
This is Self-Love and this is HEALING. And I don't care what anyone says... we ALL need healing.

Here’s the thing about breakups that most people don’t realize. You’re not really broken up because of Newton’s first Law of Motion.
Do I have your attention yet?
Newton’s first Law of Motion states:
“An object at rest stays at rest and an object in motion stays in motion unless acted upon by an outside force.”
What that means is that something that is sitting there will continue to sit there unless moved. And something moving will keep moving unless something stops it.
How does this apply to a breakup you ask? Because the energy that was running between you and your ex will stay running until you consciously create an energy SHIFT.
This is also why most of the time therapy or counseling doesn’t work. Why? Because you’re TALKING about what happened… why it hurt you, how you feel about it and blah blah blah! Further ADDING energy to the energy that was already active and running in your VIBE!
So… for those of you who thought you could just bail on your past, try to push this person out of your heart and mind and move forward… SURPRISE! You are still very much attached to this person on an energetic level.
This will create all kinds of fuckery for you in the most subtle ways. You might not notice it at first…
But those energetic cords that linked you together are still very much there and active af.
That “ol’ ball and chain”... yea… it’s still shackled to your ankle and you’ve been lugging it around unknowingly.
How does this create a problem for you?
Well, simply put.. You can’t move forward. You can’t truly let go. You cannot fully give yourself to another because that person who did you wrong? Is STILL there.
Hello darkness my old friend.. I just can’t seem to shake you. Well, DUH.
You can’t start a new chapter of your life until you close the old one.
Most people don’t know how to do that. They think leaving the situation is enough. They think time will heal old wounds. They think meeting someone else will do the trick. But again, NOPE.
If you desire to detach, release, clear, heal and let go so that you can move forward to create something new-- I want you to know that, you CAN.
But in order to fully disconnect from the past, release the past, create an energetic shift and let go you have to actually TAKE ACTION.
