Let's get straight to The Daily Vibe:
Human beings operate on Life-Force Energy. We have energy reserves that act like tanks to hold our life-force. We draw from these energy reserves throughout our day and if one becomes depleted, we will move onto the next. There are 4 different types of energy reserves that power us as humans. Mental, Emotional, Physical and Spiritual.
So let's talk about what will drain your energy. During sleep, your energy recharges and your tanks fill themselves back up. If you are sleep deprived, your energy hasn't had enough time to replenish itself. So you might begin your day in a lower energy state. Operating from this state trickles over into each of your energy tanks. Your physical energy might drain first, so you will move onto your mental or emotional energy next. When that has depleted you will move to the next tank, and so on.
Running low on mental and physical energy creates disharmony. You might experience mental or emotional disharmony so your thoughts get off track and before you know it, you're making bad decisions.
So today if you are thinking about your future and you have a decision to make, you are being guided to rest and reconsider. You need to get your head back in the right space before making any decisions. Sometimes "sleeping on it" is the best thing and when you wake up tomorrow you will feel refreshed and more like yourself again.
Affirmation: "I listen to my body and honor it's requests. Taking care of myself now helps me to live my best life."
