Hey Good Vibe Tribe! Happy Friday! This week flew by and some of you are happy about that! It's been a wild week and many of you said that yesterday you had a hard time staying positive. Thankfully the weekend is here bringing us some much needed relaxation. Let's discuss The Daily Vibe: Today your head is not in the game. You're actually more focused on contemplating your next move. You decide to take a break or leave work early and abandon whatever it was that you were working on. I get it. Sometimes we just run out of gas. Last night on The Daily Vibe LIVE, we talked about resilience and energy reserves. Stress can create dissonance and drain your energy reserves. If you don't take the steps to build your energy back up, you won't have enough to complete your tasks or manifest your goals. But don't worry! You can build your energy levels back up again and lift your mood, too. Keep reading for my best tips to snap yourself out of a low vibe and fill those energy tanks back up. Action Steps:
